Donation Policy

All Donations = Dodo Donor Status
A donation of any amount at any time will grant your character lifetime access to Dodo Donor Status.
Any previous VIP Status members have had their Dodo Donor Status applied.

Donations Fund Machine Upgrades Only
We have committed to absorbing the financial, physical, and mental costs to run the servers. 

Server funds are used for machine hardware/software upgrades only. 

Donating Does Not Earn You Preferential Treatment

Donor status is meant to be a gracious thanks to those of you who can and choose to pitch in financially.
It does not distinguish you as more or less worthy of help or consideration in the community,

nor does it entitle you to time or attention that isn't otherwise freely given.

The Dodo Empire no longer implements a VIP Subscription or VIP Package Program. 

The goal of the servers is not and never has been to make money, but rather to keep the community united in the name of Dinosaurs. 

Our community has shown time and again that if/when we need help with improvements, they will be there.
Community drives and collections can happen if needed. Fortunately, upgrades and big expenses have proven to be relatively infrequent.
The Empire Account remains active and will continue to accept and hold funds used strictly for server and community upgrades.
